Vyrao is looking for a Full Time Retail Sales Consultant with a background in fashion, wellness, or beauty retail to join our growing and vibrant team.

About The Role

We currently seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Consultant to launch our first concession space, in London. The successful applicant will have flexible availability and will be required to work weekends. This is a Full Time position and you will be required to work approximately 40 hours per week.

The Retail Sales Consultant has the primary responsibility to launch our brand in a vibrant department store, introducing our brand and product range to an entirely new customer base. We are looking for special individual to be a true Brand Ambassador, using storytelling and excellent selling skills to build lasting customer relationships and contribute to Vyrao’s commercial success and goals.

About you

We are looking for a true Brand Ambassador, someone who understands how to connect with clients with exceptional customer service and communicate the many aspects of the Vyrao story. This will be Vyrao’s debut concession space, so it is essential that you are passionate seller who is driven to own and build the brand.

Key Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in customer service environment e.g., retail, hospitality
  • Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes 
  • History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships 
  • Working knowledge of wellness and fragrance industry
  • Passion for wellness, fragrance and home categories (advantageous) 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
