Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

Change or cancellation of an order

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact us immediately with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.

If you made your purchase through a retail location, such as a department store, then it will need to be made in accordance with the return/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned to us directly.

Should you wish to return your Vyrao.com order, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@vyrao.com within 14 days of receiving it.

Returns

Please note that all items must be returned unused and in the same unopened Vyrao packaging. If returned goods are opened or used we will not accept the return and in these circumstances we will notify you via e-mail and ship the order back to you.

Please note all return costs will be covered by the customer directly and not the brand. It is encouraged to use a tracked returns service for the return, as the brand is not responsible for any returns and will not refund orders without a proof of receipt should the return not arrive at the designated warehouse. 

Once we have processed your return, our Customer Care team will contact you via e-mail to confirm the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt into the warehouse.

To prevent any fraudulent activity: (a) we may contact you for further details on a flagged order /or (b) we reserve the right to cancel and refund flagged orders. 

Faulty or damaged products

If you believe a product or order was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform our Customer Care team at customercare@vyrao.com as soon as possible, giving your name, order number and any videos/images for reference.
