I've been thinking about good energy, like I do most of the time, and a reminder as to its significance. Not only in the sense of fragrance and its ability to lift and shift our energy, but also how it’s invisible yet so powerful in our lives. Good energy starts with putting positivity first, and this allows our lives to expand.

Think about this, if you change the energy at the base of the pyramid, you also change the top of the pyramid. Another thought, if you were to walk out into a field of spring flowers and there was absolutely no scent, would it shift you in the same way?
