Vyrao fragrances are formulated sustainably and comprise 88-89% natural ingredients of which 80% are certified organic, with raw ingredients sourced from both Robertet and IFF in Grasse, both world leaders in providing organic materials for perfume.
The 11-12% of “unnatural” ingredients we use in the fragrance are compounds we utilise in place of plants that need to be sustained in nature and not picked for their perfume.
The base of our fragrance is 100% organic sugarcane alcohol, which is grown without pesticides and fertilisers.

We use a certified independent laboratory. We test stability & compatibility on all products, as well as quality assurance testing to cosmetic regulation EC no. 1223/2009.

We source from China because it is the best manufacturing source for incense globally. China has significant ancestral history for incense production, and its ancient method of manufacture and access to raw material ingredients is far superior in this region. Please note incense is the only product we import as we always strive for the highest quality products.

Yes, our packaging is 100% recycled, and the paper and packaging is recyclable.
We work with Fenner Paper using their Colorset product, which is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. When you see the FSC tick mark on packaging, it means the world’s forests have not been harmed in the making of this paper packaging.
For printing, we work with Hartgraph, who create and print our boxes. Hartgraph are one of just a handful of certified Carbon Balanced Printers in the UK, and support the work of the World Land Trust who offset their emissions by protecting threatened habitats and wildlife that would otherwise be lost.

Our glass bottles are not re-fillable – yet – but glass in and off itself is endlessly recyclable. When we’ve worked out the refillable thing, you’ll be the first to know.

We love seeing our gorgeous colourful flacons as interior decor, and we repurpose our elegant white ceramic candle vessels as mini plant pots and bowls when the wax is all gone. Make sure to tag us with #vyraosecondlife when you do the same!

Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order. We'll sadly but surely do our best for any orders that have not already been processed. Please note we cannot cancel any orders that have been shipped.

We accept returns on items that are faulty only.

All international orders will be shipped from the UK, except from US based orders which will be fulfilled within.

Orders shipped using our delivery partners, are delivered Monday to Friday. On the day of delivery, a nominated time-slot will be sent to you via text as an approximate window but this is not guaranteed.

You can choose with our delivery partners to not sign for your order. If you choose this option and no signature is collected, either leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour, you agree to our terms and conditions and confirm that Vyrao can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you or with a neighbour without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

If your product has been damaged during transit, Vyrao will provide you with a replacement or full refund. Please reach out to customercare@vyrao.com sharing the details of your order along with an image of the damaged goods.
