"Words Are Spells"
You may already be familiar with affirmations, but if not, they’re short, positive and empowering statements (to be said either in your head, or out loud) to dispel negative thoughts and boost self-confidence. The daily repetition of affirmations has actually been proven effective in achieving our goals – whether that’s better self-esteem, more patience, less anxiety, or for the purpose of manifesting a totally new thing in your life… It has been found to activate parts of our brain associated with positive self-valuation, from which these goals can grow, whilst also programming our central operating systems – the brain and auric field – to create the experiences affirmed.
Affirmations also set brain’s reward system in motion, which in turn can tone down the stress alarm system, our fight or flight response. It’s a tool to call upon when both confronted with potential stressors or challenges in your day to day, or as a way of programming the future.
Everything holds energy, particularly our thoughts and words, which is why we need to be mindful of them, whilst also using them to our highest advantage for healing and abundance.
